Sergios Hotel - Hersonissos (Crete)

Cute reception made check-in pleasant and smooth.

The plumbing issues in the bathroom were unbearable, causing a constant wet floor and foul odors. The air conditioning was inadequate, especially in the public areas. It was disheartening to see a lack of fun atmosphere at the pool bar, which left us feeling isolated and disappointed during our evenings.

Good and brilliant location down in the sandy cove right on the sea front, easy to get anywhere. Also - short walk to the restaurant, a fantastic host, and Mr Luigi who tends and entertains the bar, and the centre of bars. Comfortable bed in the twin room, plus all the necessary facilities and a kettle. Clean functional bathroom🙂

Wi-Fi was reliable, but the food was often cold and underwhelming. Poolside snack bar was nice.

Chur, the staff were super friendly. Though the shower had a funky flooding issue, the food was choice, heaps of variety!

Lots of outstanding options for meal.

The Standard Double or Twin Room with Balcony was clean and well-kept, but it felt a bit dated. The shower was on the smaller side, which might not suit everyone. The balcony was a nice touch, giving us a bit of outdoor space to enjoy.

Why I'm torn on this

Warm and cute staff , scrumptious meals with vast options are a highlight .

Room size was cramped , causing discomfort at times.

During my recent stay, I relished the warm atmosphere and perfect cleanliness throughout the hotel. The culinary offerings exceeded my expectations, showcasing a good variety of flavors. Although the bathrooms had minor plumbing issues, it didn't overshadow my overall experience.

I enjoyed my 5 nights here. The dining area was recently renovated and offered a good variety of food. My room was spacious and clean, with effective air conditioning. The pool area was perfect for unwinding. A great value for the experience 🌊

good stay with amazing staff and wifi

A heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff. The food was diverse and delicious, with fresh options every day. The hotel's wifi was fast, great to stay connected while enjoying our vacation.

The food was a culinary fiesta! Fresh and varied spreads for breakfast and dinner had me diving into unique flavors. Shoutout to the lovely staff and lovely entertainment nights, from Cretan dances to sweet serenades, they kept us on our toes!

The plumbing was a bit of a downer, flooding the bathroom and leaving a funky smell. The pool bar vibe felt kind of dead too. It was hard to enjoy a drink while waiting for the woefully understaffed bar.

The hotel's interior is well maintained, with a beautiful open-plan restaurant that enhances accessibility for seniors. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was amazing.

Gorgeous beach property. Huge and reasonably spacious room with a personal safe, climate control, and an iron. A lot of different food options for meals. A fabulous stay with a nice swimming pool.

The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. the room is well-kept and the bed is very clean. - the hotel is excellently located close to the center of Hersonissos. - the restaurant has great service, and Mr Luigi at the bar is attentive and entertaining.
